We want you to understand exactly what to expect when you ask for a refund or return. PulseWell is a dietary supplement line; opened containers may be subject to hygiene and safety regulations that limit resale. Where the law in your state or country grants you a longer cooling-off period or mandatory guarantees, those provisions prevail over any conflicting statement below.

Eligibility criteria
Returns generally require that products be unopened, in original packaging, with seals intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items marked final sale, promotional bundles with explicit non-return terms, or perishable components if ever offered are excluded unless defective. Subscription shipments may have distinct cancellation windows described at checkout.
If you opened the product due to suspected quality issues, contact us with photographs and lot information printed on the label. We may offer replacement or partial refund when a manufacturing defect is verified.
How to start a return or refund request
Email talk@tlexironzex.world with your order number, the email used at purchase, items you wish to return, and reason codes such as “changed mind,” “duplicate order,” or “damaged in transit.” We may issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) with a prepaid label for qualifying U.S. orders when the return results from our error; otherwise return shipping may be your responsibility as explained in the shipping section.
Do not return products to our street address without an RMA; mail-only returns may be rejected at the dock.
Refund processing timelines
After we receive and inspect returned goods, approved refunds are typically initiated within ten business days to your original payment method. Banks and card networks may add additional posting time. Store credit, if offered as an alternative, may be available sooner upon mutual agreement.
Shipping and restocking
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless we shipped the wrong item. Restocking fees, if any, will be disclosed before you finalize a return and will not exceed amounts permitted in your jurisdiction.
Non-returnable situations
We cannot accept returns that pose safety risks, lack proof of purchase, show evidence of tampering, or fall outside the stated return window. Gift recipients may receive store credit rather than a refund to the original payer when fraud-prevention rules require it.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, notify us within seven days of delivery with photos of the outer carton and affected units. We will arrange replacement or refund at no additional product cost when liability is clear. Carrier claims may run in parallel; we will guide you on documentation.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing questions directly. Chargebacks may delay resolution while banks investigate and can result in account flags for repeat misuse.
